Our baby Remy had some pretty concerning skin and abscess issues. The staff and Dr Hart were phenomenal with my baby!
Seeing a veterinarian is never cheap but every single thing Remy needed were broken down and talked about step by step. Every cost was broken down and explained and I was given the option to opt out or do some things at the next visit. No hidden costs! I loved that!
Dr Hart answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. I was so worried but she reassured me of everything and explained, in detail, how to help Remy at home. He just loved the Doctor and staff. That’s so important to me!!
The office was very clean as well. We were welcomed as “family” 💕

Super nice people- Dr Hart was very knowledgeable and explained everything- I like the fact she didn't believe in over medicating. Did a full assessment on my dog and gave me several treatment options!

absolutely amazing experience here. we first brought our dog in and Dr. Hart and the whole staff were so kind and welcoming. they took amazing care of our doggy and explained everything before giving vaccines/tests to help ease our anxieties! they answered every question we had and didn’t rush us or make us feel small for asking questions!  They made our dog so happy he loves going to the vet!
We’ve also now brought our cat in to see Dr. Hart and the team and i’ve never seen him so comfortable at the vet! they were so gentle and kind to him!

I am heartbroken and still in shock. We were told our cat could be seen for a life-threatening emergency, so we rushed there as fast as we could, terrified and desperate to help our baby. Three minutes before we arrived, we received a call saying they were canceling and would not see our cat after all.

This happened at Curry Ford Animal Hospital.

When an animal is dying, every second matters. That last-minute cancellation caused unimaginable stress and pain during one of the worst moments a pet owner can experience. We weren’t just inconvenienced — we were begging for help.

UPDATE – 8:00 PM (same night, 8/16): It took us two hours to find another vet willing to see our cat on such short notice. By the time we were finally seen, our cat had to be hospitalized and placed on oxygen due to severe breathing issues. I can’t help but think how different things could have been if we hadn’t been turned away at the last possible moment.

I would never want another pet owner to experience this level of heartbreak when they are already scared, vulnerable, and trying to save a beloved family member.
